At Old School, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The item must be in resellable condition.
Items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective qualify for return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events (unless defective).

Underwear, socks, or intimate wear.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond with approval and instructions.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to incorrect, damaged, or defective items, Old School will cover all courier costs.

If the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or preference, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed in one of the following ways:

Store Credit (default and fastest option)

Refund to original payment method (processing time 5–10 business days depending on your bank)
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to available stock.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or offer a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Report it within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Provide clear photos and your order details.
We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
