1. Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
2. How much is delivery?

Next-Day Doorstep Delivery: R59.00 (major metropolitan areas)

Standard Doorstep Delivery: 2–3 business days nationwide
3. How long does delivery take?

Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 12:00.

2–3 Business Days for standard delivery depending on your location.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel through the courier’s online tracking system.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers, including:

6. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

With all tags attached
Certain items such as underwear, socks, and sale items are non-returnable.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available if the item is in new condition.
If the required size or item is out of stock, we can offer store credit or a refund.
8. Who covers the return courier cost?

If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Old School covers the cost.

If the return is due to size issues or personal preference, the customer pays the return courier fee.
9. What sizes do you offer?
We provide a full range of sizes from S to 3XL on most items.

10. Are the product photos accurate?
We try our best to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different due to device displays.
11. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may change or cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
12. Do you have a physical store?
If you would like to add a physical store address, I can update this section.
If you're online only, we can simply state:
